- 任何适合清蒸的咸水鱼
- 蒸鱼酱料：酱油，蚝油，蒜油
- 配料：多多的姜丝，小辣椒，红辣椒（切片），多多的wuan-sui(coriander leave), 青葱（切丝）多多的暴香蒜蓉
头一遭自作凤梨酥，口感不错。凤梨酱是预购的。自己炒，太多工。懒啦！

其实我自己对这个凤梨酥也是欲罢不能！！吃了犯罪感蠻重的，因为有很多牛油和糖！
