With regards to the bun recipe i posted earlier on, today i made a batch of sausage bun as a fren, Ying requested to see the bun photo.
The recipe is not complicated, just that the waiting time for dough to rise is time consuming. If u hv the patient and passion in making home made bun, u are almost 70% towards the success. Good luck!

Looks soft! I haven't made bun for a long time. I wanted to make soft pretzel but find myself very "pun tua"! I'm crazy about the soft pretzel in the shopping mall so I wanted to make my own. So much cheaper this way. They charge $2.50 for one!
