清蒸鱼和凤梨酥

很抱歉最近都很懒,总是为自己找借口没写blog。
今天介绍我最近学会的清蒸鱼食谱,大家不防试一试,真的很够味!!


  • 任何适合清蒸的咸水鱼
  • 蒸鱼酱料:酱油,蚝油,蒜油
  • 配料:多多的姜丝,小辣椒,红辣椒(切片),多多的wuan-sui(coriander leave), 青葱(切丝)多多的暴香蒜蓉


头一遭自作凤梨酥,口感不错。凤梨酱是预购的。自己炒,太多工。懒啦!

其实我自己对这个凤梨酥也是欲罢不能!!吃了犯罪感蠻重的,因为有很多牛油和糖!
